I'm Russ. I provide decision support with non-profit executives, boards and teams. I leverage more than three decades as a leadership educator and culture consultant in the workplace. I serve healthcare, human services and the non-profit transformation sector to maximize impact.

I am usually invited through the leadership door when pressure is acute and the familiar fixes have been exhausted. Its the point that culture is furnishing silent survival scripts, often unspoken and just beneath the surface.
