I’m Russell W. West. I am an executive coach, workplace culture consultant and longtime leadership educator. Organizations tend to invite me through the leadership door when pressure is acute and the familiar fixes have been exhausted. At that point culture is usually doing its silent survival work beneath the surface. Here, people begin to sense that a different way of showing up may be required. I support their path to a more sustainable way of work, leading and living.
I resigned a tenured professorship decade ago -- TAP HERE for RW's Bio -- to work directly with organizational systems under strain, especially non-profits. Since then I have been honored to support executives, boards and teams across hospitals, charitable foundations, social service agencies, colleges, performance art organizations and other mission-driven enterprises. My practice combines decision support coaching and conscious conversations regarding culture shifts in how leaders work with the human fulfilment system that shape their impact results.
